Last updated May 5, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Stillwith, including the Stillwith mobile app, keeper web experience, and related services.
Using Stillwith
You may use Stillwith only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs through your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of the memories, photos, audio, text, and other content you upload to Stillwith. By using the service, you grant Stillwith a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, improve, and support the service for you and your intended recipients.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Stillwith to:
- violate the law or the rights of others;
- upload or transmit abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or delivery links;
- interfere with the integrity or security of the service; or
- use Stillwith in a way that could harm recipients, guardians, or other users.
Delivery Features
Stillwith provides tools to store memories, manage delivery settings, send reminders, and share content with designated keepers. Delivery timing may depend on third-party infrastructure, email delivery systems, app availability, user settings, and other factors outside our direct control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.
Beta Features
Some features may be offered as beta or test features. Beta features may change, contain errors, or be discontinued at any time.
Account Suspension Or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Stillwith if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used the service unlawfully or abusively.
Disclaimers
Stillwith is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stillwith and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the service.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, the website, or by other reasonable means.
