We also collect service data needed to operate Stillwith, such as delivery tokens, timestamps, memory metadata, inactivity-check timestamps, app usage events related to delivery flows, and technical information needed to secure and troubleshoot the service.

We use information to provide the service you expect from Stillwith, including to:

• create and maintain your account;
• store, organize, and display memories you upload;
• send delivery emails, guardian invitations, and inactivity check-in messages;
• generate secure keeper links and make delivered memories accessible to intended recipients;
• maintain, secure, debug, and improve the service; and
• support users, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Stillwith may use third-party AI providers to support features such as suggested prompts or generating short memory titles from uploaded content. If these features are enabled, the related content may be processed by those providers only for the purpose of generating the requested feature output.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Stillwith, including providers for authentication and database infrastructure, file storage, web hosting, transactional email delivery, and AI processing.

We also share content intentionally when you use Stillwith to deliver memories to a keeper or invite a guardian. Keeper access is provided through a secure link intended for the recipient you chose.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the public, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Stillwith stores account information, keeper information, and memory content for as long as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request. We may retain certain records longer where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

You may update certain account information inside the app. If you want to request deletion of your account or content, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to retain limited information where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Stillwith is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Depending on where you use Stillwith, your information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our service providers.
